Raj’s gesture was so romantic, blushes Shilpa

Back in time when Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra were dating each other, one night they had a serious conversation over dinner and decided not to meet henceforth as he stayed in London and Ms Shetty in Mumbai.

In fact Shilpa went on to tell him,

“It’s not gonna work so let’s be practical and not waste time. Let’s be friends and forget about getting into a relationship. Before he had even expressed that he liked me, I wanted to end everything and put it clean on the table.”

Raj was upset and the she was also feeling low because she too was awaiting someone in her life, still they went their separate ways.

“Exactly two days later Raj called me up to say, “I have just bought the seventh floor of a high-rise in Juhu. Would you like to come and see it? It was his way of telling me that he was willing to make that shift for me. It was so romantic,” blushes Shilpa.

Incidentally, the couple has also bought another plush apartment, which is being done up by Sussanne Roshan and where they will soon shift.

Is Sushmita Sen dating Wasim Akram?

Love between cricketers and Bollywood queens has always awed fans. We bring you two hot couples that seem to have taken the gossip circles by storm
Sushmita Sen never fails to keep her fans amused, especially when it comes to her ever-changing love interests.

The buzz is that the latest guy in her life is former Pakistani cricketer Wasim Akram. Sush and Akram were always friends, but it was on the sets of TV show Ek Hasina Ek Khiladi that they got close.

Apparently, it was Sush who insisted on having Akram as one of the judges for the show.

Insiders recall how Akram used to flirt with Sush and recite Urdu poems to her between shoots.

However, since Akram was married (he lost his wife to cancer recently) and Sush was dating filmmaker Mudassar Ali at that time, the relationship never got going anywhere.

But now that both are single, they have once again been spotted at various events. And looking at their camaraderie, they don't look like they are just friends.

Indian police quiz Pakistan cricketer Shoaib Malek

Pakistan cricketer Shoaib Malek questioned regarding allegations made by woman claiming to be his first wife!!!

Hyderabad: Police have questioned ex-Pakistan captain Shoaib Malek ahead of his planned marriage to Indian tennis star Sania Mirza regarding allegations made by another woman claiming to be the cricket player's first wife.

Malek has been asked not to leave India while police in Hyderabad investigate the charges, senior police official A.K. Khan said Monday.

In her complaint, filed Sunday, Ayesha Siddique alleged that Malek had married her in June 2002 and she accused him of subjecting her to cruelty and harassment by denying that the wedding took place and by trying to marry another woman.

Love Match: Sania & Shoaib

Malek and Siddique had reportedly developed a friendship on the internet.

Malek said in a written statement on Sunday that he had married a girl named Ayesha over the telephone phone in June 2002 and signed a marriage certificate but he believed he had been deceived by another woman claiming to be Ayesha Siddique.

He arrived in Hyderabad, Mirza's hometown, last week from Pakistan to work out arrangements for his wedding to the tennis star, which is scheduled to take place April 15.

Mirza broke off a previous engagement earlier this year before announcing her plans to marry Malek.

The news of the Malek-Mirza wedding plans sparked instant news coverage in the region because neighboring Pakistan and India are longtime rivals, and have fought three wars since their independence from Britain in 1947.

Police visited the home of Mirza in Hyderabad, the capital of southern Andhra Pradesh state, where Malek is staying and recorded his statement on Monday, Stephan Ravindra, a deputy commissioner of police said.

Police are investigating complaints of criminal intimidation, cheating, fraud and harassment for dowry against the Pakistani cricketer, Ravindra told The Associated Press. Police also questioned the complainant, Siddique.

Siddique claims to have a copy of "Nikahnama" or a marriage certificate issued by the Pakistani authorities in Malek's hometown Sialkot in June 2002. It carries the signature of Shoaib Malek as well as those of two witnesses.

Malek has been banned from representing Pakistan for a year due to infighting within the team during a disastrous tour of Australia this year.
